If you’re struggling to pass, don’t worry. Each RQI station has a tablet
available to contact a live instructor. The instructor can provide guidance
and offer a call to walk you through the process and help you improve your

It depends on the course. The online learning portion for BLS takes 1–2
hours, and for ACLS and PALS between 3-4 hours. The skills session may
take 20–40 minutes depending on your pace and proficiency
RQI certifications are valid for two years.
