This course provides a one-stop shop for pediatric first aid, CPR and AED training needs for child care providers.
You will learn:
- The Four Steps of First Aid (Prevent, Be Safe, Phone 911, Act)

- Students have access to all information in the online course for 24 months, following activation of their course key
- Certificate of completion available to print when Part 1 has been completed successfully
- Once you begin the course, you’ll have access to the online lessons, videos, manuals and resources for two years! And you can start and stop the course at your convenience until you have finished it at your own pace.
Successful completion of the full Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Course includes three parts:
- Part 1, Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED online course
- Part 2, a hands-on skills practice session with an authorized AHA Instructor within 60 days
- Part 3, a hands-on skills testwith an authorized AHA Instructor within 60 days
After you successfully complete all three parts, you will receive an AHA Pediatric Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course completion card, valid for two years. Skills sessions (Parts 2-3) are sold separately and must be completed within 60 days of completing the online Part 1.
