The Basic Life Support Instructor-led Initial and Renewal classes are scheduled for about 3.5 hours.For the BLS Hybrid course (Fast Track or VAM(Voice Activated Self Guided Manikin), the online portion takes about 30min to 1.5 hours to complete and the in office skills check is about 20-40min.
Upon successful completion of any of our BLS courses, you will receive an official AHA BLS Provider eCard. No matter which option you choose, you’ll receive the exact same AHA BLS Provider eCard, valid for two years.
AHA requires having access to the BLS Provider Manual. Books are available for purchase at our conveniently located training centers. We also provide a helpful study guide located on our resources tab on this website.
Bayside CPR does not issue CEUs or CMEs. If you need CME credits, you can claim those as well by clicking on “Claim CE Certificate” They are not required for the class. This is only if you need them and your governing body needs something other than a completion certification from the AHA.
